This week is going to be supper easy foods and lots of comfort foods. I am a little tired of cooking and NO ONE eating it. If they do, nobody eats the leftovers. To honor Mardi Gras we will have Jambalaya on Tuesday. I took advantage of the Kraft deal at Kroger's yesterday. We always have boxes of mac &cheese in the cupboards but now we have an over abundance.

Friday Macaroni and Cheese w/Hot Dogs and Chili

Sunday Bean & Cheese Enchiladas (will try again)
