What's On The Table This Week

This week is a busy week for me. We'll see how things go. Last year for St.Patrick's day I made the Champ recipe. It was delicious. I swore I would have it more often. But, haven't fixed it once this past year. I can't wait to fix it again.

Monday         Leftovers - Finally- I fixed the Bean & Cheese Enchiladas! Delicious
Tuesday        Black Bean Quesadilla
Wednesday   Farmers Casserole
Thursday      Irish Champ and maybe Sausage
Friday             check back - I'm still thinking on this
Saturday        I have no idea- nobody stays home to eat
Sunday          A Good Easy Chicken
